Burlap Decoration

At the beginning you need to cut burlap into strips and fold them in the middle. You will be wrapping the strips around the tree. You can use a cardboard cone or cone made of any hard material for making the burlap tree. Cover the cone with a craft paper. Measure the circumference of the base of the cone and cut a burlap strip of the same length.

To get the bubble effect, fold the burlap strip and make some cuts along the folded side. Stick the burlap strip to the bottom of the cone.
