Shipping
Norm Thompson ships in-stock products normally within one business day, so receipt should happen between 4 and 8 business days from order. Prices vary for shipping based on the purchase amount, the least being up to $20 of merchandise is $6.99 per delivery, all the way up to over $200 of merchandise purchased costs $21.99 per delivery. For express shipping, add $8.99 for Three Day or $17.99 for Next Day delivery.

For returns and exchanges, the company wants you to be 100% satisfied, thus you can obtain an exchange or purchase price refund (in the original form of payment) for items in the original condition and within 90 days of receipt. Outside of 90 days, Norm Thompson will offer a store credit. However, those items marked “H” cannot be returned, which may include but are not limited to intimate apparel and personal care products. Also non-returnable are customized or perishable items. Exchanges or returns are coordinated with FedEx Smartpost, using all original product packaging and all parts, as well as filling in the exchange/return form found with every packing slip.
