Shipping Policy

The shipping charged by Keepsake Quilting is on the basis of the value of purchased merchandise. The standard shipping rates in US starts from $2.99 on the purchase of products up to $10 and goes all the way up to $8.99 on the purchase of more than $100 worth of products. $9 is added in the Canadian shipments, $15 on foreign shipments, $12 on UPS (delivery within 2 days), and $6 on UPS Ground (delivery within 3-5 days).

The standard shipment method is via US mail with a delivery time of about 7 to 10 business days typically. Canadian shipments are also shipped via US mail with a delivery time of about 10 to 14 business days and foreign shipments are sent via Airmail with delivery time of about 1 to 4 weeks.

Return Policy
You can return the products at any time for exchange or refund. There isn’t a need for return authorization from Keepsake Quilting before sending back the products.
